A safe haven for children in struggling urban neighborhoods
Northwest Indiana Friendship House plans to provide a safe haven for young people in struggling neighborhoods. We will offer educational and recreational activities for young people that is both secure and open. Our goal is to be a place where positive influence and offset all of the outer voices that plague and drive young people into destructive and self-defeating activities.
Rebuilding What Once Was
Our plan is to restore this building that has such a beloved history and make it a beacon of transforming activities and precious memories. We mean to do this by bringing in current community leader and taping in to vast number of alumni who have been blessed through the previous history of the Campbell Friendship House. We plan on using benolevent contributors, grants and monthly subscribers to finance this project and maintain programs.
